Improving experience of finding jobs relevant to profile
We created user journey mappings, of how a potential job applicant visits a particular company website to apply for jobs.Since applying trough company websites are daunting task, here product architecture was designed in such a way that a candidate can apply for jobs in fewer number of steps and at the same time the product helps the user to explore different career paths using online career modeler tool.
After generating product architecture flow
different iterations of wire framing were produced to make quick heuristic evaluations

These are the jobs that the candidate can apply, by learning some additional small skills.These skills can be added to his learning module.

By the use of Machine learning and NLP the search engine renders job search results which are relevant to the applicant career profile. The candidate will be shown the areas, where he need to improve his skill or learn new one.

The candidate skill learning progress will be tracked and he will be notified when he has completed his learning module or when similar future ready jobs have opening next time.

Since the curated job results for best fit,Near Fit & future fit will be in a few in quantity because its a curated list, It was decided that Showing these jobs as horizontal card scroll will make more sense.

It is quicker to go through Horizontal scroll cards which are limited in quantity and searching amongst such cards are not boring unlike other websites

It was later decided to incorporate a chatbot inside the job application website and after fixing some usability flaws in iteration 2. A new iteration flow was made to the candidate application flow.

The new improved candidate job application flow is now having a chatbot which can prompt the user to signup just by chatting, this gives the user the ability to track their application status.
​
Also the chatbot can upload the user CV and ask questions to the applicant to fill the gaps of data which are not mentioned in the CV.
Use Scenario - When clicked on a particular job card a pop up opens giving all the details of job application in form of different tabs

If the user dosent have certain skills which are required at the time of job application, he can add it to his learning module (which he can do from the skills tab). Videos and learning material related to his missing skills are then provided to him in the learnings page.

The newly incorporated chat window was incorporated in the job portal window Displayed on the right hand side of the screen.

In this new iteration If the candidate searches for a job, specific to his needs, then a list view is displayed by the search engine matching the keywords.

Filters in long list view
The candidates job search can be filtered based on Location,Job Title, Department,Experience, Position type etc.
